Are you an experienced shear operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a 4-day work week? Twin City Staffing is hiring for a premier, family-owned metal manufacturer in Saint Paul! If you thrive in a tight-knit culture and stable environment, apply today! Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $26.00 $28.00/hr. Hours: 1st Shift | 5:00 am 3:30 pm or 6:00 am 4:30 pm, Monday Thursday Benefits of the shear operator and receiver:

Duties of the shear operator and receiver:
- Safely set up and operate shear machinery for precision metal fabrication
- Manage incoming material receiving and use computer systems to log material receipts
- Perform daily data entry tasks to ensure warehouse inventory records are accurate
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all shop safety procedures
Requirements of the shear operator and receiver:
- Proven professional experience operating shear equipment required
- Comfortable using computers and basic Microsoft Office applications for data entry
- High attention to detail for measuring materials and entering inventory counts
