We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hotel Front Desk Manager for our client, a hotel located in San Bernardino, CA. This role involves overseeing daily office operations and ensuring an efficient, welcoming, and productive environment for both staff and guests. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office procedures, support staff across various departments, and assist with facility maintenance to keep hotel operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain organized administrative processes
• Receive comprehensive training across Housekeeping and Maintenance before front desk duties
• Handle incoming calls, mail, and general office correspondence
• Maintain company records and filing systems
• Assist with office budgets, invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash
• Supervise administrative support staff and provide front desk support
• Coordinate office and facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Conduct routine checks to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready environment
• Create weekly schedules for housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative staff
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed during staffing shortages

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration, office management, or a related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage vendors, schedules, and office operations effectively
• Comfortable performing housekeeping duties when short staffed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Education & Experience

Candidates with a high school diploma and several years of relevant office administration experience are encouraged to apply.
