- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate various tools and machinery, including shears, brakes, and welders.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Install sheet metal components on-site and collaborate with other trades.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing metal products as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sheet metal work is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
