Pepper Construction Group LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across our Microsoft 365 environment. You will assist end users, manage onboarding, and handle remote and on-site troubleshooting for Windows devices and peripherals. In this role you will work with Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Teams Rooms while helping protect the environment with MFA and endpoint security.
