About the Role:

We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality personal care and companionship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities such as grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation or recreation.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional state.
• Follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working car.
• Ability to commit to full-time hours.
• Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements.
• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and compassion.
