Help
Review requests for modifications to original design to make recommendations.
Review contractors shop drawings for construction projects to make recommendations.
Initiate modifications due to conditions encountered during the construction process.
Administer contracts related to construction or maintenance to ensure projects are completed.
Perform negotiations with contractors for settlement or dispute resolution over contract requirements.
Review construction contractor progress schedules for adequacy or completeness.
