Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care based on age-related needs and standards of care.
• Conduct initial assessments and prioritize care based on patient symptoms and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with nursing standards.
• Make informed nursing decisions and modify plans based on patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.
• Perform and document appropriate interventions and conduct various point-of-care tests.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Experience with patient populations and sensitive to patients' rights.
• Clear communication skills suitable for developmental age of patients.
• Experience as an RN, with eligibility for the clinical ladder based on qualifications and experience.
