\n The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the mechanical, electrical, and facility operations in the processing plant . They are primarily responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, enforcing strict food safety and regulatory compliance (e.g., USDA, OSHA) while minimizing production downtime. This position will pay in the range of $75k/year based on experience. This person must have manufacturing maintenance experience and be available to work the night shift. \n

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals.
\n
• Assign work orders and ensure completion of repairs.
\n
• Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
\n
• Recognize and reward Technicians, while counseling performance issues.
\n
• Perform safety checks.
\n
• Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their performance and growth.
\n
• Assign work orders, and follow up ensuring completion.
\n
• Manage and oversee required paperwork.
\n
• All other relevant duties to the job.
\n

Requirements \n
\n
\n 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment required. 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required; preferrably within a poultry manufacturing facility. Excellent leadship skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.\n
\n
Physical Requirements \n

• Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, telephones and other office equipment.
\n
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
\n
• May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
\n
• May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
\n
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
\n
