CNC Mill Machinist
B&J Medical is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision medical components in a clean, quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3 & 5 axis)
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications
- Perform first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Make tooling, offset, and machine adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain production efficiency
- Maintain quality documentation and follow FDA, ISO, and safety standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
- 3+ years of CNC mill machining experience preferred
- Knowledge of G-code/M-code programming
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Medical or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
- Full-time position
- Day, evening, and night shifts available
