Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Obstetrics unit during scheduled night shifts
• Perform delivery room duties including receiving and caring for newborns
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal condition
• Float to MedSurg unit when OB census is low and provide care to medical-surgical patients
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas State or multistate RN license required at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS certification required at time of submission
• Current AHA NRP certification required at time of submission
• Current AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission
• Current Fetal Monitoring certification required at time of submission
• Demonstrated delivery room experience, including receiving newborns

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous MedSurg nursing experience strongly preferred due to float requirements
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
