We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today’s busy consumers.An exciting opportunity has arisen within a newly formed HR Team committed to building a supportive, collaborative and development-focused culture, with a clear ambition to raise the profile and impact of HR across the business. The key elements of the role are:Providing transformational generalist HR support and advice to managersManaging investigation, disciplinary and grievance casesReviewing HR policies and coaching managers on applicationDelivering coaching and 1-2-1 people management supportKeeping up to date with employment law and HR best practicesSupporting internal and external HR auditsAssisting with payroll consolidationInputting, maintaining and updating personnel / payroll information on the HR systemRecruitment, interviewing, adverts etc.Supporting on transactional HR processesWe think you’ll be great if you have:Proven HR generalist experience Confident managing employee relations cases and busy caseloads; providing clear practical HR advice A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practiceExcellent communication with clarity, empathy and influence Remains calm, professional and solution focused under pressureBuilds trust with key stake holdersCIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)Experience in manufacturing Full job description is available upon requestMonday to Friday role, based on site
