Automotive Detailer

DriveTime is a leading used‑car sales and finance company headquartered in Tempe, Arizona and Dallas, Texas. We are hiring Automotive Detailers to support our Reconditioning Center. Responsibilities Stock and schedule vehicles when they arrive from auction. Prepare and move vehicles within the Reconditioning Center for retail distribution. Detail vehicles – wash, buff, minor paint touch‑up, vacuum interior and clean all surfaces. Use cleaning, protective and restorative agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance. Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of vehicle condition. Identify and complete repairs effectively the first time to minimize re‑work and delays in production. Work to eliminate spills and other hazardous conditions, reducing injury risk. Collaborate with Reconditioning Center Management to repair or reject inventory based on repair cost estimates and overall quality. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV status. At least 18 years of age. Ability to communicate in English for safety‑sensitive and technical work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy. Team player able to work in a high‑functioning environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
