To thrive as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Southwest Health System, Inc., you will need a diverse skill set that ensures exceptional patient care and smooth clinic operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, along with a current Colorado LPN license and BLS certification.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

LPN Regulatory/Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Colorado LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• A minimum of one-year applicable clinic setting experience.

Language Skills:

• Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Additional languages preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read analyze and interpret medical data and professional journals.
• Ability to understand and use electronic medical record software.
