We are seeking an experienced PA or NP who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and delivering natural-looking results. Position Overview The Aesthetic Injector will provide comprehensive aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and customer service. The ideal candidate is an experienced injector with excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients achieve natural results. Responsibilities Perform thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including: Neuromodulators such as Botox/Dysport/Daxxify Dermal fillers Lip and facial balancing EZ Gel Ablative and non ablative lasers Radio Frequency Biostimulators Advanced facial rejuvenation treatments

Evaluate patient anatomy, medical history, goals, and treatment suitability. Provide patients with clear education regarding treatment expectations, risks, benefits, aftercare, and potential adverse effects. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and treatment documentation. Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, and safety standards. Provide appropriate follow-up care and address patient concerns professionally. Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication. Stay current with evolving aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and industry best practices. Participate in training, education, and professional development as needed. Represent Thrive Medspa in a professional manner and contribute to a positive patient experience. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the applicable state. Current DEA registration and other required prescribing credentials, as applicable. Minimum

2–3 years of aesthetic injection experience required.

Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injectables. Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Excellent clinical judgment and patient-safety awareness.
