The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current GA state license is a plus.

Emory Decatur Hospital – Decatur, Georgia

• Vituity staffed since 2005.
• STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.
• 451-bed facility with 29 Emergency Department beds and a 10-bed Clinical Decision Observation Unit.
• Internal waiting rooms with 25+ capacity, 4 psychiatric stabilization rooms, several expedited care and FAST areas.
• Annual ED volume of 70,000 with all sub-specialty backup.
• In-House Neurology M-F and TeleNeuro weekends and overnights.

Emory Hillandale Hospital – Lithonia, Georgia

• Vituity staffed since 2005.
• 100-bed facility with 29 ED beds.
• 65,000+ annual ED volume.
• Epic EMR with Dragon dictation
• STEMI transfers go to Emory Decatur Hospital.
• Runner up in the TAT-D collaborative which had over 20 hospital teams throughout the country with the goal of reduction of turnaround time to discharge.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
