PositionSummary

Thisfull-time role for our second shift is part of our core production team and isresponsible for assembling and testing high-quality electro-mechanicalcomponents using semi-automated assembly lines. You’ll work closely with otherdepartments including quality, stockroom, and engineering to ensure timely andaccurate builds. There are opportunities for first shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.)and second shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.).

We arehiring across Technician Levels 1 through 5, with placement based on relevantexperience, demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Employeesassigned to second shift receive an additional $1.50 per hour for hours workedduring their scheduled second shift.

KeyResponsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components based on workinstructions
  
• Operate tools and semi-automated equipment safely and effectively
  
• Perform basic quality checks and follow internal procedures
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• Accurately record work in the ERP system
  
• Assist with material movement and process improvements
  

Qualifications

Tech 1(Entry Level):

Noexperience

• Basic hand tool knowledge
  
• Eagerness to learn
  
• Follows instructions and safety procedures
  
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  

Tech 2(Lower Mid-Level with 6+ months experience ):

• Understands BOMs and work instructions
  
• Can work independently on simple assemblies
  
• Understands stockroom flow and traceability
  

Tech 3(Highly Skilled Level):

1–2+years of electro-mechanical or manufacturing experience

• Comfortable working independently on complex assemblies
  
• Cross-trained in multiple production areas
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems, work instructions, and BOMs
  
• Able to train others and assist with troubleshooting
  

Tech 4- Senior Production Technician (Lower-Mid-Level):

3-5years of experience:

• Acts as informal team lead or mentor
  
• Supports process improvements and waste reduction
  
• Interfaces with Engineering/Quality
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory control, and jobtravellers
  

Deepknowledge of full production flow:

• Leads CI initiatives
  
• Manages daily output
  
• Supports onboarding and as key floor resource
