Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care

Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations

Build strong relationships with patients and team members

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to provide outstanding patient experiences

Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Connecticut

Passion for patient care and oral health education

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience with periodontal therapy and preventive care preferred

CPR certification required

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a professional and positive attitude
• Associate's degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Valid license to practice in Connecticut (Registered Dental Hygienist, RDH)
• Available to work within current office hours, specific shifts to be determined:

• Monday -9AM-5PM
• Tuesday - 9AM-5PM
• Wednesday -9AM-5PM
• Thursday -9AM-5PM

Preferred Qualities:

Dental office experience

Dentrix Ascend software experience
