Contract | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Manage an average caseload of 14–16 patients per day
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and time management skills to support a busy patient schedule
