Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Overview:
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead back-of-house operations with a steadfast commitment to serving high-quality, scratch-made food. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to maintain seamless communication between the kitchen and dining floor. Additionally, you’ll receive daily support and guidance from the Managing Partner, fostering your professional growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with a strong commitment to operational success.
