Details
- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
- Saturday coverage required from 8am-12pm
- Uses InSync EMR
Requirements
- Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment); license required if applicable
- Experience in an outpatient setting required
- 1 professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration

- Equipment and dress code details provided during interview and first day
- Parking information provided on first day
- Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment at this facility within the last year are not eligible for rehire
- Candidates with previous travel assignments or perm/PRN employment more than a year prior may be eligible for rehire, subject to review
