Milieu Clinician

Mount Prospect Academy seeks a Milieu Clinician to support at-risk youth in a specialized educational and residential setting. In this role, you will provide trauma-informed, strengths-based clinical support in the classroom and residential milieu, facilitate groups, and assist with behavior and safety planning. You will collaborate closely with teachers, residential staff, and clinicians to implement individualized treatment and academic plans, document progress, and participate in crisis prevention and de-escalation. This position offers training, supervision, and growth in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment.
