Immediate need: MarTech Architect - NY/NC/GA (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced MarTech Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise marketing technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing strategy and technology by architecting scalable solutions across CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), analytics, and personalization technologies.

The MarTech Architect partners with business stakeholders, marketing teams, engineering teams, and solution architects to build integrated customer experiences that improve engagement, personalization, and business growth.

• Design end-to-end MarTech architecture across CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Analytics, DXP, and AdTech platforms.
• Define integration strategies between Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and third-party systems.
• Lead customer data architecture, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and personalization initiatives.
• Design scalable marketing automation and customer journey frameworks.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Lead platform selection, implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
• Define API integration patterns and data synchronization strategies.
• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with analytics teams to establish campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor implementation teams.
• Evaluate emerging MarTech solutions and recommend future-state architectures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• 8 12+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong expertise in one or more MarTech ecosystems:

• Experience implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as:
