We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to play a key role in assessing, planning, and driving enterprise migration programs across data, applications, and cloud platforms. This role will help clients modernize their technology landscape, optimize legacy systems, and enable scalable, cloud-native architectures aligned with business goals.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-scale data, application, and platform migration initiatives across cloud and modern data ecosystemsConduct discovery and assessment sessions with Business Units, SMEs, and IT stakeholders to understand current-state systems and migration requirementsAssess ETL/ELT pipelines, BI/reporting assets, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms to define migration scope and strategyDrive migration planning activities including dependency analysis, process-to-object mapping, complexity assessment, and wave-based execution planningDefine and recommend migration approaches such as Rehost (Lift-and-Shift), Replatform, Refactor/Modernization, and Retire/ReplaceCollaborate with Enterprise Architects, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, and Analytics teams to align migration roadmaps with target-state architectureEnsure migration readiness by coordinating testing, validation, cutover planning, and implementation governanceProvide technical leadership and strategic guidance on cloud modernization, data modernization, and migration best practicesTrack risks, dependencies, and project milestones while maintaining clear communication with business and technical stakeholdersSupport solution planning, effort estimation, and implementation readiness activities for migration programs
