Job Description As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Battleboro, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a premier dining location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and use technology to document activities. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:00 PM - 01:00 AMTue05:00 PM - 01:00 AMWed05:00 PM - 01:00 AMThur05:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Help maintain an orderly environment by monitoring access points, observing activity, and documenting incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
