Responsibilities Reading and understanding financial statements Interacting with Association Boards and residents Preparing and meeting annual budgets Negotiating and securing bids from contractors Providing oversight of projects Drafting and distributing correspondence to clients Overseeing routine and preventative maintenance programs Attending periodic board meetings on evenings/weekends Knowledge of the Maine Condominium Act Fluent in all Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel Outstanding organization, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail Proven ability to work both independently and on a team Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment Qualifications Some weekend and evening hours required Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in real estate management, with a long‑term career opportunity in mind Professional designations, such as CMCA, preferred but not required Compensation $60,000 - $80,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
