We’re looking for a Travel Specialty Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting multiple teams, and is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience. As a Travel Specialty Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative and patient support for our specialty dental services while traveling to multiple supported offices as needed. You’ll play a key role in helping patients navigate their treatment, coordinating schedules, managing insurance and financial arrangements, and ensuring every patient feels informed and cared for throughout their specialty treatment journey. Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday 7-5 Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression. Coordinate specialty referrals and treatment scheduling across multiple supported offices. Verify insurance benefits and explain specialty treatment estimates and financial options. Assist patients with treatment acceptance by answering questions and providing clear communication. Coordinate with specialty providers, general dentists, and office teams to ensure seamless patient care. Manage patient records, referrals, and specialty documentation accurately. Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider productivity. Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment, outstanding appointments, and continuing care. Support front office operations including check-in, check-out, phone calls, and patient communications. Travel to various Bright Now! Dental supported offices based on business needs. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
