Facility Details

• Location: Webster Medical Center
• Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of six months of travel nursing experience.
• Weekly payment, with stipends included in the pay rate.
• Contracts lasting 14 weeks, with options to extend or transfer to another site.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will:

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and assess patient care.
• Exhibit proficiency and operate within the full scope of nursing knowledge, adhering to age and population-specific standards in the clinical environment.
• Provide care across all stages of preventative health, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as patients progress through their care continuum.
• Oversee care planning and coordination, conduct patient assessments, provide education, triage, and perform various nursing interventions.
• Operate in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and relevant Administrative Rules in the state of practice.
• Uphold the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as established by the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, such as those recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Possession of an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the practice location, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
