Dietitian - St Elias Specialty Hospital

Job Responsibilities The dietitian plans, directs, and provides nutritional care to patients and conducts nutrition assessments. The dietitian offers education to patients and family members, as well as in‑service and training to food service and other departments as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition. Alaska Dietitian License within 6 months (180 days) of hire. Alaska Nutritionist License within 6 months (180 days) of hire. National CDR Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition Science. At least 2 years of hospital inpatient experience. Experience working with adult/geriatric populations.
