Major Duties and Responsibilities Enter receipts into CMS as they are received daily. Receive in Weights, and other small components and place corresponding orders to suppliers. Create and send wheel orders and delivery schedule to suppliers. BOL’s – verify manifest, make any necessary adjustments and post. Post Production. Verify scrap tires before shipment to recycler. Keep floor organized and neat as needed. 100% attendance at all inventories. Any other duties that is required. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary business-related information. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written work instructions. Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization and with the customer. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred. Ability to speak, read and write English required. Basic math skills required. Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed, including Saturdays and Sundays. Essential Functions Ability to stand, walk, squat, stoop for 8-12 hour shifts. Ability to lift 50 – 85lbs on a regular basis. Ability to use a computer and phone. Rapid, repetitive machine paced activities. Bend at the waist.
