Clinical Pharmacist
10 Driscoll Children's Hospital
Location: Neonatal Care Center Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm General Purpose of Job Provide clinical pharmacy services to improve and enhance patient care. Serve the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Conduct patient care rounds with multidisciplinary healthcare team in assigned areas. Coordinate medication delivery for patients. Coordinate automated dispensing cabinet maintenance for designated areas. Act as liaison between pharmacy and medical/nursing staff concerning clinical pharmacy services. Precept Pharmacy Residents and students on rotations at Driscoll Children's Hospital. Perform a variety of activities and duties as assigned to meet routine and urgent needs of the department. Qualifications BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, plus a pharmacy residency, OR two to four years related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Current licensure by reciprocity or examination by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Neonatal/Pediatric and Hospital experience strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
