Data Analysis Manager

To enhance the efficacy of the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline, the remote, full-time Manager, Data and Analysis will oversee data management infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and compliance while leading analysis and reporting efforts to inform decision-making and quality improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage the Hotline's data collection systems and ensure compliance with data governance standards Conduct multi-layered data analysis to identify trends and inform program decisions, while designing performance dashboards for diverse audiences Lead the development of various reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and alignment with stakeholder requirements Required qualifications Master's degree in public health, social science, statistics, data science, or a related field Minimum four years of experience in data and statistical analysis, with at least one year in a call center or hotline environment Proven experience in managing teams focused on data utilization and reporting Training or experience in visual design and data visualization Proficiency in data collection platforms and reporting tools
