Team members help carry forward a mission that has guided the company for decades. Role Description The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mount Juliet, TN. Operators oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing shift schedules, supervising team members, and ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met. This role involves greeting and serving Guests, handling cash and point-of-sale transactions, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Operators also support hiring, training, and coaching Associates, help manage inventory and cost controls, and uphold company policies and procedures. The position requires hands-on leadership, a focus on hospitality, and reliable performance across early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Qualifications Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, respectful environment for Guests and Associates. Experience in restaurant or retail operations, including basic food safety, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems. Leadership and team management abilities, such as supervising shifts, coaching team members, and resolving routine workplace issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening. Dependable work habits, including punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Basic math and problem-solving skills for handling transactions, inventory, and simple operational decisions.
