What You'll Do as a MIG Welder:

• Responsible for producing quality welds according to specifications, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetics of our products.
• Perform MIG welding to assemble and fabricate roof curbs and related components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Prepare and set up welding equipment, materials, and parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders.
• Ensure quality control through precise measurements and inspections of welds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Skills and Experience

• MIG welding experience or formal training
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a welding test
