Dental Laboratory Full Technician | Full & Partial Denture Technician

Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Full Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the complete fabrication of full and partial dentures , from initial setup through final finishing and processing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish, including tooth setup, waxing, bending wire, finishing, and processing.

• Perform denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays .

• Complete denture cases according to established laboratory procedures, quality standards, and production timelines.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the denture fabrication process.

• Follow OSHA safety protocols and applicable dental laboratory safety procedures.

• Cross-train and assist team members in various areas of the dental laboratory as needed.

• Periodically serve as Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence.

• Collaborate with other dental laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday through Friday

• Daytime hours during the regular business hours of the dental laboratory and practice.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Professional experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish .

• Hands-on experience with denture setup, waxing, processing, finishing, repairs, and relines.

• Ability to successfully complete a bench assessment as part of the hiring process.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dental prosthetics.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented dental laboratory environment.

• Same-day denture experience is a plus, but not required .

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Comfortable working with your hands and dental laboratory materials.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.

• Knowledge of OSHA protocols and laboratory safety practices.

• Dependable, organized, and committed to meeting production deadlines.
