Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
We are hiring for a forklift driver of custom apparel in Fullerton, CA. The ideal candidate will work from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, earning $18 per hour. As a Production Associate, you will assist in the production and fulfillment of custom apparel orders, helping ensure that all items meet the company's high standards of quality and are shipped out on time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of custom apparel, including sorting, packing, and quality checking items.

• Operate production equipment to prepare and finish apparel products according to client specifications.

• Verify order accuracy and ensure that products are prepared for shipment on time.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production.

• Inspect products for quality, ensuring that they meet the company's standards before they are shipped.

• Follow company procedures to ensure inventory is managed and tracked accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.

• Support the team by completing other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Basic knowledge of production equipment and tools is a plus.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday

• Full-time position
