Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and financial controls Manage the month‑end close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Partner with operational leaders to support business performance Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Strong operational accounting background in a transaction‑heavy environment Experience managing accounting teams and developing staff Hands‑on leadership style with strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with non‑financial stakeholders Experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, automotive, transportation, or similar industries strongly preferred Why Consider This Role?
