In this role, you'll support students with social/emotional and behavioral needs skills that impact both classroom performance and daily interactions. You'll work closely with school teams to support student success through targeted interventions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Has obtained or is eligible for an endorsement as a Special Services Provider License as prescribed in the bylaws of the Colorado State Department of Education.
• Experience or specialized training in the field of pediatric mental health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students and families
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and outside agencies to support student well-being
• Assess students' social, emotional, and environmental needs that impact learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community to foster student success.
