The SalesforceEngineer builds and configures Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice capabilitiesunder the direction of the Salesforce Lead Engineer, supporting client'scontact-center and loan-servicing workflow modernization. Responsibilities Configureand develop Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved bythe Salesforce Lead Engineer. Buildand unit-test Salesforce components supporting contact-center andloan-servicing use cases. Supportintegration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake andlegacy systems. Participatein two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective. Documentconfiguration and support user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders. Assistwith release deployment and post-release support under the Lead Engineer'srelease management process. Qualifications Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 4+years of Salesforce development experience. Experiencewith Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling experience a plus. Priorexperience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment. Governmentcontracting experience with a professional services/consulting organization aplus.
