We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our team of professionals. The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, charge entry, payment posting, claim follow-up, and resolution of billing issues.

This position works closely with insurance companies to maximize reimbursement while maintaining compliance with all payer and regulatory requirements.

Minimum qualifications: High School degree or equivalent and two years clerical support in a medical billing setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to work independently with speed and accuracy, have strong interpersonal skills and have competency in position-specific computer software applications.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Our benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, eligibility for employer 401k funding after 1 year (3% quarterly/5% annual on vesting schedule), tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, including vacation and personal time, paid sick leave, holidays and floating holidays.
