They inspire us every day to prioritize an environment of respect for those we serve and one another and should be visible in your actions on a day-to-day.Supervision NASection 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge RequirementsMinimum 10 yearsof experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Product Owner, or similar data‑focused roleProven experience translating business needs intoenterprise‑scale data requirementsStrong experience withenterprise data platforms, including:Oracle (transactional data understanding)Cloud data warehouses (Azure preferred)ETL / integration tools (Informatica or similar)Analytics and reporting consumersDemonstrated ownership of adata dictionary and/or business glossaryStrong understanding ofsource‑of‑truth principles, data consistency, and governanceExperience partnering withdata architects and engineering teamsin complex environmentsFinancial services or fintech experience, including regulated data requirementsExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.The national average salary range for this role is $110K-150K in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
