Human Resources Coordinator

Tower Extrusions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist for our Sherman, Texas facility. This position will manage all day-to-day HR functions including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance in a manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation Administer LOA and FMLA programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Administer and support employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, and life insurance Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding benefits, leave administration, and company policies Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary documentation Maintain compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws Support plant leadership with HR initiatives, reporting, and workforce planning Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Requirements Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a similar role required Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Payroll experience required Manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Tower Extrusions Ltd.
