Our client in Oregon is seeking an experienced and dedicated on-site Retail Pharmacist to join their team.

Hourly Range: $68.67 USD to $84.27 

Requirements of the Pharmacist:

·        1+ years of experience as a Pharmacist

·        Must be a registered Pharmacist

·        Direct-hire Opportunity

·        BLS Basic Life Support

Responsibilities of the Pharmacist:

·        Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate techniques and following the policies and procedures.

·        Design, recommend, monitor, and evaluate patient-specific pharmacotherapy.

·        Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from healthcare providers and patients.

·        Provide medication-use education to patients and caregivers.

·        Utilize pharmacy support personnel effectively.

·        Ensure continuity of pharmaceutical care to and from the acute and ambulatory patient-care settings.

·        Participate in the established process for assessing, managing, and reporting medication errors.

·        Participate in the management of medical emergencies.
