Customer Service Representative
Are you a customer service professional looking for a fast-paced role with a leading health plan? We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Corona, CA to provide high-quality telephone support to our health plan members. In this role, 100% of your time will be spent on the phone resolving complex inquiries about membership eligibility, benefits, enrollment changes, Medicare, and premium billing. This position includes a comprehensive paid training.
