As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our external public and supporting our administrative needs. Your Mission: Exceptional Customer Service: Greet visitors with a smile, offer refreshments, engage in friendly conversations, and fulfill their requests. Effective Communication: Answer multiple line telephone, direct callers to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages. Guiding Guests: Escort visitors, when necessary, provide information about our facility and services, and ensure compliance with rules. Administrative Excellence: Assist in administrative tasks, maintain files, operate office machines, and order supplies as needed.
