• 1:8 weekend call schedule

• Protected post-call day off

• $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses

• Bread and butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases 
\n
• No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
\n
• Strong collaborative relationships with Departments of Surgery and Nursing

• Comfortable call with low callback rate
\n
• Protected post-call days off 
\n
• 3-day weekend following post-weekend call 
  \n  
\n

• Total Initial Compensation Package: $665K - $695K\n
  \n
  • $550K - $580K base compensation, commensurate with experience
  \n
  • $100K starting and retention bonuses
  \n
  • $15K paid relocation
  \n
  • $200k student loan repayment option
  \n
\n

• 8 - 10 weeks of paid time off (vacation + CME)
