In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding product requirements and translating them into clear specifications for production. You will make informed decisions throughout the processing cycle, from initial setup to final inspection. Responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality, repackaging items, and ensuring accurate shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Some positions within Oerlikon may also offer eligibility to participate in a discretionary incentive program.
