Gen AI Lead Developer

For the second largest telecommunications company in the US, we are looking for a Gen AI Lead Developer. We offer a direct indefinite contract with the final client.

• We are looking for a senior Python app developer with knowledge and experience in Gen AI application development (not a data scientist or anything similar)
• Knowledge and experience in DevOps
• Senior experience in development (leaning towards full-stack): Python, Java
• Knowledge of Cloud
• GenAI development using Python, Langchain

Summary of the Position

This role will shape how it combines the latest technologies and services to automate all aspects of software deployment and instance lifecycle management using AI stack. Passionate about software automation and quality is always a priority. This function will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including but not limited to executive leadership, product owners, developers, and testers to plan, develop, and implement solutions to optimize and automate business and technical processes.

Description of the Work

• Write clean and maintainable code, including tests. • Work in a CI/CD environment. • Participate in meetings and conferences to gather requirements and discuss architectural decisions. • Collaborate with other employees to ensure the quality of product improvements. • Work with the development team to improve system architecture. • Work under agile principles. • Develop reusable software components.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1/C2) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent • 5+ years in Java/Python development • Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django • Competent in REST API development and security (OAuth2.0, OIDC) • Experience with SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Couchbase) • GenAI development using Python, Langchain, Vector datastores • Container ecosystems (Kubernetes, Docker) • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) • System design and performance engineering
