• 6-8 consults on busy days
• Hospital setting
• APPs handle inpatient rounding and ER calls 8am-5pm
• General urology with emergent OR cases
• 30 minute response time required
• Coverage at 3 hospitals with varying shifts
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
