Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for holistic patient care
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of physical therapy practices and patient evaluation
- Skilled in developing and executing treatment plans
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and thrive in different settings
- Team collaboration and supervision experience
