We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to partner directly with Founder in leading a well-established, privately owned organization with a diverse portfolio spanning restaurants, gaming, retail, commercial real estate, and investment properties. Job Duties include:

• Oversee the company's day-to-day operations 
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals 
• Manage department directors and senior leadership teams 
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs 
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws 
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives 
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development 
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders 
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team development abilities 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strategic planning and execution experience 
• Financial management and budgeting expertise 
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions 
• Strong project management and organizational skills 
• Experience developing and implementing company policies and procedures 
• Ability to manage change and lead organizational growth 
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance regulations 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
• Experience leading organizations with 100+ employees 
• Multi-site or multi-location management experience
